Order Processing made simple!

The simplest work flow allows you to confirm an order with a few clicks. Direct from the email confirmation, you can click the order number and it will take you directly to the order details. From there, simply review the order, change the status to complete, press the update button, and the order status is updated, and an email is automatically sent to the customer with all the relevant information.

View list of order and quickly click to view details. Confirm the order from the list or from the details view, which automatically sends a confirmation to the customer which can be fully customised to include any additional text or details required.

Quickly Amend / Update Orders

From the order details screen, almost all elements of the order can be amended by the Sales Manager. Quantities, prices, shipping and delivery dates can all be amended. If discounts are required, those can be applied as well. And once the changes are made, pressing the update button will email the customer informing them of the changes made.

The system comes with statistics available right away. See your sales by week or month, which products are selling best, and many more details.
