We will input all required catalog items, which includes separating the postcode zones and having different prices for each skip in a different zone. So you can have a catalog that fits the needs of your company. We will also add any permit based on those zones, and it’s even possible to have multiple permits for the same zone. Or you can have it simple and only have one group of prices for all your zones, the choice is up to you.
We will work with you to find the solution that best suits your business. Based on how you currently separate our your prices and permits. If a permit is required on an order, we can even set a specific number of days required before that order can be delivered. For example, if a permit takes 7 business days to be handled, then the customer won’t be able to select a delivery day before that 7 days is up. Ensuring that you won’t have to worry about delivery before receiving the required permit.
Shop Maintenance and Upkeep
While there are many aspects of the online shop that you can manage, you may only want to have to worry about the online order. We can help set up the management system you want, so that you only have to worry about getting your orders.
Many sections of the site, such as permits, delivery holidays and special shipping costs can be set once, and then updated only when and if you need it. Some elements may not even be required. We can tailor this solution to fit your requirements.
Delivery holidays can be set years in advance. So if you know the dates you do not delivery years from now, we can add it to the system and you won’t have to worry about it. If you suddenly run out of skips and have to shut down online orders for a few days, delivery holidays can accomplish this easily, by making any upcoming date unavailable for delivery.
We can accommodate special shipping prices for next day, or same day delivery as well as Weekend or Holiday delivery. These can incur additional charges if required, and can be set to cut off at certain time, such as same day delivery if ordered before 10am, next day delivery if ordered before 2pm etc.
We can also specify any time required before a date can be selected should you want to have more time to process any order, so a visitor would not be able to select a delivery date within 2 days, and, if a permit is required, they would not be able to select a date within 7 days. Thus allowing you time to process the order at your end and ensure deliveries can be met.
